Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are dispatched to China to persuade warlord Khan Huang to enter the battle against the Japanese. Huang refuses, but his son Lui Huang secretly fights the Japanese disguised as the White Dragon. When Lui is captured, the Blackhawks rescue him. Lui pledges his aid to the Blackhawks and together they rescue Khan Huang from the Japanese. Lui proves himself to the Blackhawks and joins them as Chop Chop.
