Synopsis:
A clown named Jo-Jo disrupts a stage performance being seen by the Blackhawks. The clown destroys a giant fish tank used in the show and then escapes. The clown strikes again on the set of a movie, destroying the set itself with circus tricks. The Blackhawks confront him but he uses a pack of elephants to cover his escape.Blackhawk learns that Jo-Jo is angry at the entertainment industry: stage, movies, and television. He believes they have caused circuses to become scarce and has vowed revenge.

Using this information, the Blackhawks set a trap at the site of a television show. Jo-Jo nearly escapes, but takes the time to save a circus performer, who is really Chuck in disguise. Jo-Jo agrees to pay restitution for the damage he caused and becomes a TV star.
