Synopsis:
The Blackhawks track a formula stolen from the lab of Pietro Folmi. Blackhawk suspects it was stolen by members of Divico's gang, but the crooks didn't turn it over to their boss. While following an anonymous tip, the Blackhawks are captured by Legatus, a descendant of Nero. Legatus forces the Blackhawks to compete in a Roman arena for their lives. The Blackhawks overcome the challenges and battle Legatus's men. Divico joins in on the fight to finish the Blackhawks and retrieve the formula from Legatus. Despite the best efforts of both criminal gangs, the Blackhawks triumph and force their opponents to surrender.
