Synopsis:
A criminal known as Zardok has invented a reducing ray which can shrink objects. He uses the device to steal valuable items which earns the attention of the Blackhawks. Using the reducing ray, Zardok shrinks the entire team and places them in jars. He then intends to sell the Blackhawks to the highest bidder.

Using their belt radios, the Blackhawks shatter the glass jar prisons. Blackhawk then reverses the reducing ray to restore his teammates to normal size. The team then defeats Zardok. Once everything and everyone has been returned to normal size, Blackhawk plans to destroy the reducing ray once and for all.
