Synopsis:
The Blackhawks bury a time capsule containing many of their weapons and secrets. Crooks learn about the capsule and find its location. They unearth the capsule, then use the weapons inside for crime. Blackhawk tries to recover the weapons, while the rest of the team tries to halt the crimes in progress. Blackhawk locates the missing capsule and battles Schemer, the criminal leader. The other Blackhawks arrive in time to help him overcome his opponent. The Blackhawks then decide that the most powerful weapon, known as B-61, is too dangerous and must be destroyed.
