Synopsis:
A gang of raiders using jet-powered kites robs a cargo ship. The Blackhawk chase them and cause them to abandon their stolen goods. When the crooks strike again, Blackhawk orders Blackie to follow them. Using a miniature radio, Blackie transmits the gang's plans back to the Blackhawks. The crooks spot Blackie and announce false plans to lead Blackhawk into a trap. However, Blackie notices that he was discovered, so he flies away, then returns to transmit the real plans. Alerted to the gang's true plan, the Blackhawks apprehend the crooks with Blackhawk bringing down the leader with one of their kites.
