Synopsis:
The Challengers pursue criminal scientist Wizard Welles, who has invented a robot brain. Rocky interrupts the Wizard's attempt to transfer the brain's knowledge to his own mind. Instead, Rocky is the recipient of the advanced knowledge.

Rocky then uses his added brain power to assist the Challengers in their own experiments. He also develops methods to counteract the Wizard's scientific inventions. Finally Rocky defeats the robot brain itself, causing it to overload. In the resulting explosion, Rocky is restored to normal.
