Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen plants a tape recorder under Clark Kent's bed to give him a hypnotic suggestion to propose to Lois. Clark proposes, but Lois rejects him. He returns as Superman and proposes again. Lois thinks it is an April Fools' Day joke, so she refuses him.
Superman then begins to court Lois, answering to her every whim. The next day Lois agrees to the marriage. Just before they are wed, Jimmy disguises himself as Clark and throws himself in the river. Lois stops the wedding to save him. The delay is long enough for the hypnotic suggestion to wear off of Superman. Lois is left to wonder what would have happened had she married the Man of Steel.
