Synopsis:
The Blackhawk arrive in a small town to help break up a crime wave. Junior Johnson, a local newsboy, wants to become a Blackhawk, so he assists the team with capturing some criminals. To the boy’s dismay, the Blackhawks tell him that he is too young to join. Eager to prove himself, Junior continues following the Blackhawks, eventually endangering himself and them. Blackhawk rescues the boy, the team defeats the crooks, and Junior realizes his youth and inexperience are dangerous, so he stops following the group.
