Synopsis:
Barry Allen visits a police line-up where four identical men who look like Hal Jordan are held. Barry is contacted telepathically by the real Hal using his power ring. Barry bails out his friend and takes him to Ferris to recharge his ring.
Before the two heroes can investigate the strange duplicates, the duplicates show up garbed in Green Lantern costumes sporting power rings of their own. The duplicates explain that scientist T.O. Morrow created them as a challenge to the heroes. Then they leave to commit robberies around the world.
Flash travels to Paris and stops one of the duplicates from attempting to rob the Louvre. The real GL stops another duplicate trying to steal the Statue of Liberty. The two heroes then tackle the third GL in London.
Flash soon realizes that both his opponent and ally are false Green Lanterns. When they turn on him, he is rescued by the real GL, who was beaten in New York. Flash sent one of the duplicate power rings to New York to free his friend. The duplicates then fade out, and the heroes converge on Morrow's hide-out. In the ensuing scuffle, Morrow appears to fall to his death, but Flash speculates that Morrow may have survived.
