Synopsis:
Ray Palmer builds a computer that can determine the modus operandi of criminals. When Rod Mack learns of the machine, he breaks in to Ray's lab to use the computer. He and his gang program the machine, so that he can learn of a crime strategy that will not give himself away. Ray fights the crooks as the Atom, but he is unable to stop them from escaping.

The Atom tracks down the crooks after recalling a tattoo on one man's wrist. He finds and follows the crook to the rest of the gang. When they begin to pull another robbery, the Atom catches them in the act. He then successfully apprehends them.
