Synopsis:
Andrew Frost discovers that he has limited precognition. The ESP only works at times that coincide with the Atom's activities. Frost deduces that the Atom must produce Ato-Energy which is responsible for his ESP.
Frost captures the Atom. Then he uses an atomic iron to flatten the Tiny Titan. The process immobilizes the Atom and extends the power of Frost's precognition. Frost then uses his added power to make a fortune by gambling.
While Frost is away, Atom deduces that the lactic acid in his muscles is producing the Ato-Energy. He induces a fear response to boost his own adrenalin. The effect neutralizes the lactic acid, removing Frost's powers. Atom then overcomes Frost and restores his body to normal. Frost is taken to jail, and the Atom vows to develop an antidote to prevent the release of Ato-Energy in the future.
