Synopsis:
Blackie feels the call of the wild during migration season and flies away from Blackhawk Island. The team tracks him to San Durango where they intend to get him back. While in San Durango they discover that Colonel Gomez has raised a bandit army to overthrow the government and become dictator. Gomez captures the Blackhawks, but Blackie leads a groups of hawks to attack the colonel. Blackie returns to the Blackhawks after the his assistance squelches the revolution.
