Synopsis:
Young Jim Turner infiltrates the Blackhawks by saving their leader from an accident. Jim is rewarded by being taken to Blackhawk Island where he soon sabotages the defenses. However, Jim soon begins having second thoughts about his spy mission. When he is taken back to the mainland, he plans to destroy a device that would have led a criminal named Zorac to the Island. Fortunately, the Blackhawk knew of Jim's plans all along. They capture Zorac, and Jim learns the error of his ways.
