This story is continued from the second story of Aquaman #50 and continues in the first story of Aquaman #52.

Synopsis:
Deadman is transported to another dimension known as Dano. He meets a girl there named Tatsinda who was a cat-like creature back on Earth. She explains that aliens captured her, and that she could only return home to Dano by bringing another person with her. Deadman demands to be sent home, but Tatsinda claims that she cannot help him.

When a storm hits, Deadman, Tatsinda and her two siblings D'Ronal and Liana take refuge underground. They are soon attacked by a depth crab. The crab's handlers kidnap Tatsinda. Deadman goes after them and rescues her. She then agrees to transport him back across the dimensional plane.
