Synopsis:
Superman leaves on a dangerous mission, but before he goes he gives Jimmy a letter to be opened if he doesn’t return. The note contains his secret identity. Jimmy then goes on assignment and learns Superman was killed in space.

Jimmy returns to the Daily Planet to open the letter, only to learn that he was fooled by a criminal impersonator. Superman arrives back from his real mission, disposing of some Kryptonite, in time to prevent anyone from reading the letter and learning his secret.
