Synopsis:
Streak is the witness to the murder of a police officer named Jim. The Wonder Dog attacks the killer, but is wounded. After he recovers, Streak is put to work by Jim's brother Tom to find the killer.

Using the scent of a hankerchief found at the crime scene, Streak locates Jason Clyde, the killer. However, Streak's discovery is not enough evidence to convict the murderer. Instead, Streak and Tom intimidate Clyde until he panics. While attempting to escape, the killer confesses to murdering Jim. Streak then apprehends the suspect.
