Synopsis:
Wildcat investigate a smuggling operation involving gambling equipment. He searches the harbor and discovers two known crooks. He captures them, but is soon knocked out by their accomplice. Wildcat escapes from the crooks, then exposes their smuggling operation which transported the illegal equipment in apple carts.
