Synopsis:
Tubby wants to learn to dance. When he learns that Doris Van Kleeve is receiving a dance lesson at home, he decides to watch through the window. However, the dance instructor is really a crook trying to rob the Van Kleeve house.

Tubby tries to stop the crooks, but he is caught. Doris manages to warn Tommy and Toughy, so the Blue Boys get involved. They rescue Tubby and deliver his costume. Then the trio defeats the crooks. Later, Tubby takes Doris to the school dance.
