Comments:
This story contains the final permanent version of Sgt. Rock. After several prototype's, this story features all the elements that distinctly belong to Sgt. Frank Rock.

Synopsis:
Easy Company receives replacements including Joe Wall. Joe, simply called the Wall, proves to be tougher than Sgt. Rock as he single-handedly takes out a German tank that has Easy Company boxed in.

The Wall is boastful of his ability. When Rock orders the unit to stay back while he helps a downed plane, the Wall follows him. The two soldiers then board the plane, acting as gunners, while the plane completes its mission. Though he boasts of being tougher than Rock, the Wall tires and can't finish off some German fighters. Sgt. Rock takes them out, proving that he is the toughest soldier.
