Synopsis:
Chemist Paul Pascal develops a concoction that makes men act like animals. He and his partner Smoothy administer the drug to wealthy restaurant patrons. Then they offer to cure the victims for money.

Flash investigates the swindle and searches the restaurant. However, the crooks knock him out and give him the drug. Flash runs around town believing himself to be a squirrel. Police find him and take him to Jay Garrick's lab. Fortunately Jay had developed an antidote before leaving the lab. Flash gets the antidote, then returns to capture the crooks.
