Synopsis:
The Elongated Man has stumbled upon a mystery that he wants Flash to help him investigate. Flash is going on vacation and asks Kid Flash to help out. Elongated Man explains to the junior speedster that Oakley County has been cut off from the world by an unusual bout of winter weather.

Arriving in town, the heroes discover that the Weather Wizard has sealed off the town and is blackmailing the population for money. Kid Flash locates the Wizard’s base, while the Elongated Man prevents a robbery. The two combine forces to capture Weather Wizard and turn off his machine which was causing the blizzard.
