Synopsis:
A series of buildings and bank vaults suddenly shatter without explanation. Tuning forks are found at the scenes, leading Lois Lane to believe a musician is responsible. She locates criminal singer Joe Nitro, but learns that he wasn't involved.

When the next disaster strikes, Superman traces the sonic vibrations back to Luthor. Superman feigns being affected by Luthor's paralysis ray in order to learn the location of the scientist's next target. Luthor tries to kill Superman with his vibration weapon, but his body proves to be stronger than steel. Superman then learns where Luthor will strike. He uses the information to save the day and Lois too.
