Synopsis:
Johnny and Tubby meets two young boys who want to be newsreelers. The boys filmed a bank robbery, and the crooks try to burn the film. Johnny Quick puts out the fire, then uses the film as bait for the crooks. When they try to destroy it again, Johnny stops them. The photos of the men robbing the bank serves as evidence to send the crooks to jail.
