Synopsis:
Johnny Quick apprehends the gang of the crime boss known only as Mister Magnate. With his gang in jail Magnate must recruit a new gang. When he sees a TV magician, he approaches the wizard. Mister Magnate offers to pay the wizard to eliminate Johnny Quick. The wizard agrees and delivers Johnny to the crooks in a cage. However, the crooks are in the cage with Johnny who defeats them. Johnny then reveals that he was the wizard. He took the role in order to lure Mister Magnate from hiding.
