Synopsis:
Johnny Quick agrees to deliver presents as Santa Claus on Christmas. Johnny's boss orders Johnny Chambers to film it, forcing Johnny to be in two places at once. He decides to give Tubby his speed formula, so he can deliver the presents in a Santa Claus outfit.

However, Johnny accidentally gives the formula to another man dressed as Santa, Eddie Vane. Vane tries to use his temporary speed powers to steal, but his bad luck causes him to fail. Johnny apprehends Vane, but allows him to go free after Vane's actions turn out to have been helpful. Vane promises to go straight and with Johnny's help earns a job for a local jeweler.
