Synopsis:
When he receives a blow to the head, Johnny Quick forgets his magic speed formula. Crooks overhear Johnny tell Tubby about the mishap. They plan a robbery spree while Johnny is out of action. Johnny learns their plans, then uses scientific trickery to fake his own powers. He rounds up the gang, and in the process regains the memory of his magic formula.
