Synopsis:
Deadpan Dixon and his gang create a con game where they sell horses to men, claiming the steeds are Winged Victory. The buyers soon discover that they have been tricked, so the Shining Knight gets involved. He lets the crooks get their hands on the real Victory, who then takes them on a perilous ride. When they land, the crooks surrender. Sir Justin then returns the money to the victims.
