Synopsis:
When Jimmy Olsen uses his signal watch, Krypto answers. The Dog of Steel has returned to Earth after many years in space. Superman thinks Krypto will be a menace, because his mind has gotten old. Jimmy volunteers to keep Krypto, but the dog's powers continue to cause trouble. A judge finally forces Superman to take Krypto away.

The Man of Steel takes Krypto to a valley surrounded by Kryptonite. Due to the special properties of the valley, Krypto's youth is restored. Krypto then burrows out of the valley. The Dog of Steel then returns to space to romp and play, but Superman tells Jimmy that if Krypto returns, he will be Jimmy's pet.
