Synopsis:
Metropolis holds a fair to celebrate the city's centennial. Superman helps publicize the fair. Famous scientist Professor Lurie recommends that the fair show gratitude to the Man of Steel by finding the world's most perfect girl. Woman from around the world apply. When none of the women measure up to the standards defined by Lurie, she uses a newly invented time machine to transport Helen of Troy into the present.
Helen is unimpressed by Superman. To prove his worth Superman sets out to perform several impossible tasks that will rival Vulcan, Mercury, and Hercules. Helen agrees to marry the Man of Steel if he should succeed, but she secretly hopes that he doesn't. Superman completes his task and proves himself the world's most perfect man. He then exposes Helen and Professor Lurie as frauds. He knew about their hoax from the start, but he played along to learn their plan was to sell Helen of Troy merchandise.
With the fraud exposed, Superman convinces Lois to take Lurie's test of perfect womanhood. She alone matches all the requirements.
