Synopsis:
In the town of Comstock, "Big" Jim Mason and "Honest" Vic Wake are campaigning for an upcoming election. Mason has been stealing public funds and sabotaging Vic’s campaign. Aquaman agrees to help Vic with the election.

Aquaman, with the help of his fish friends, helps to publicize Vic Wake. Mason interferes with each stunt Aquaman tries. Aquaman finally tries to put on a fish show to get public attention. During the show, Mason tries to poison the fish. He is caught and forced to confess to his misdeeds. Vic is elected and Mason is sent to jail.
