Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are called to the offices of All-Star Comics for a publicity appearance. The archers meet the editor, Mr. Sloan, who gives them a tour. Sloan asks for Green Arrow’s help in evaluating a young artist’s work. The story is "The Wizard Archer" created by Bill Nixon. The editor decides the story is too unbelievable, but Green Arrow offers to help prove it realistic.

That day on patrol, Green Arrow and Speedy use the techniques described in the comic to apprehend crooks and make rescues. After successfully using his archery to perform each deed in the story, Green Arrow lets the editor know that each task is possible. Nixon is rewarded with a job at All-Star Comics.
