Synopsis:
After watching the stage show of quick change artist Presto, Badger Briggs decides to use costume changes in his crimes. Badger and his gang commit and robbery, then switch into police outfits. Johnny Quick is nearby, but the crooks outwit him with multiple costume changes. The crooks strike again later and frame Presto for the crime. Johnny finds a clue that leads him back to the crooks. He apprehends them and clears Presto of wrong-doing.
