Synopsis:
Several government installations are plagued by phantom spies that disappear into a green mist. Flash has been tracking the spies, but is unable to capture them. He deduces that they are from an alternate dimension, so he virates until the green glow is duplicated, which transports him to the other world.

Flash arrives in the alternate dimension as a prisoner. The officials of this dimension accuse him of being a criminal, since his super-speed energy is responsible for powering the weapons of criminal Ak-Zaka and his gang. Ak-Zaka used the phantoms on Earth to lure Flash into using his speed. The speed energy then powered his reversal ray.

Flash makes a deal with the authorities to release him in exchange for help capturing Ak-Zaka. The Scarlet Speedster then uses his powers to outwit the crook and turn him over to the authorities. Flash is then pardoned and awarded a medal of honor, before returning to Earth.
