Kid Flash befriends a popular singer, the Silver Mask. Silver Mask wears a mask in public to protect his identity of Eddie Farrell. Eddie was a member of a gang called the Zulu Kings. Eddie wanted to leave the gang, so he took the guise of Silver Mask.

Another member of the gang, Harry has discovered Eddie’s secret and threatened to expose it. Eddie is blackmailed by Harry into helping the gang pull a heist at Mrs. Wright’s mansion.

Eddie leaves a hidden message to Kid Flash in a song that he sings at a concert. Kid Flash receives the message and arrives at the mansion in time to stop the gang. Eddie continues to wear the mask as a trademark, but he is no longer afraid of exposure.
