Synopsis:
Augustus Twill, an outcast scientist, believes that by planting dragon's teeth he can grow soldiers. He buys pterodactyl teeth at an auction and plants them in a field. Crooks led by Willie the Worm, decide to trick the scientist in order to rob him. He and his gang disguise themselves as soldiers and emerge from an underground tunnel. They then proceed to rob Twill.

The Shining Knight investigates Twill after having watched the auction. He tries to battle Willie, but is knocked out in the fight. He recovers in time to summon the police and expose the crooks' scheme. The pterodactyl teeth are then turned over to the museum.
