Synopsis:
Congo Bill meets the members of a zoo expedition set to gather animals. However, the animals get loose several times. Bill helps get the animals aboard the ship, and they set sail for America. When the animals get loose aboard ship, Bill suspects Allen Frisk of releasing the animals. Bill tricks Frisk into confessing. He wanted to ruin the zoo, so that he could purchase the land with his real estate business.
