Synopsis:
A gang of crooks abduct Dr. John Mace to help their boss, who has been shot. However, Mace is a veterinarian. Zatara looks for Dr. Mace after learning of the abduction. He finds the gang at the pier with the doctor. The crooks try to escape, but Zatara uses his magic to defeat them. With the defeat of the crooks, Dr. Mace returns to his clinic to help an injured dog.
