Synopsis:
Congo Bill regains consciousness on a park bench in Hollywood Park with amnesia. Men attack him, but despite his memory loss he fights them off. A hollywood director sees the fight and asks Bill to come to the studio for a part in his next picture.

At the studio, Bill is again attacked. This time a head bump restores his memory. Bill then captures his attackers who wanted a treasure map that was hidden inside Bill's shoe.
