Synopsis:
While providing support for Allied infantry, Jeb Staurt and the Haunted Tank find a soldier playing bagpipes. The piper leads them through a fog bank to his unit which is under fire. Jeb arrives at the battle to find that his tank has been transported back to World War I. Jeb assists the troops in repelling a German attack.

After the battle Jeb sees the piper again. The piper once again leads the Haunted Tank into battle, this time against the Germans in World War II. Once again the tank supports the Allied infantry. After the second battle, Jeb questions the infantry commander. He explains that the piper died earlier in the day and had a brother in World War I who also died. Somehow both brothers came back from the dead as ghosts to lead Jeb's tank into battle saving both their infantry units.
