Synopsis:
A German night fighter is responsible for destroying several tanks on night patrol. Jeb Stuart vows to take down the fighter. While the Haunted Tank is on patrol, they find an infantryman who manages to take out an armored car. He is blinded in the explosion, so Jeb takes him aboard the tank.

The Haunted Tank continues on patrol. The ghost of General Stuart warns of a danger from the darkness. When an eclipse blots out the sun, the night fighter attacks Jeb and the Haunted Tank. The blinded soldier hears the plane and acts as radar for the gunners. Jeb's crew successfully shoots down the night fighter, then they return the infantryman to the hospital.
