Synopsis:
The Rainbow Man strikes again. Vigilante is unable to stop his first robbery, but he finds a clue that leads him to the crook's second robbery. However, Vigilante and Stuff fall into a trap and are captured. The heroes are taken to Rainbow Man's hide-out where he has constructed a model of the city in miniature. Vigilante and Stuff are tied to the model train tracks and nearly killed by trains armed with poison needles. They manage to escape death, then track down the Rainbow Man again. This time Vigilante prevails, and the crook is sent back to prison.
