Synopsis:
Superboy has constructed a machine that can view the past. Instead, the machine views the future. On the viewscreen, Superboy witnesses Green Arrow performing, and he also learns that Green Arrow is Oliver Queen.

A few days later, a new boy arrives in town named Oliver Queen. Superboy decides that he must interest Oliver in archery, so that he can become Green Arrow when he grows up.

Superboy gets Oliver to dress as Robin Hood for a pageant, but Oliver proves to be a horrible archer. He does however help defeat some smugglers. Superboy finally gives up, realizing that Oliver will take an interest in archery without his help.
