Synopsis:
The Justice League returns to its interrupted struggle against the Lord of Time, and trails him to the future era of 3786 A.D. in a time bubble built by Superman. Capturing him, they find their return to the present blocked in the year 2062 by the three demons freed by Faust.

The demons’ magic transforms the heroes into mist, and they are sealed in bottles like genies, until a delayed command of Green Lantern’s power ring frees Wonder Woman, who in turn frees the others. In order to prevent the demons from casting more spells directed specifically against individuals, Green Lantern uses his ring to alter the heroes’ appearances for the final confrontation.

In the meantime, the demons are engaged in an effort to restore the Earth to the state it was in prior to their imprisonment – no moon, no humanity, and the continents rearranged. Abnegazar is foiled by Wonder Woman disguised as J’onn J’onzz, Green Lantern disguised as Batman, and Flash disguised as Green Arrow. Rath is stopped by Green Arrow disguised as Flash, Superman as Aquaman, and Batman as Wonder Woman, while Ghast is stymied by Aquaman disguised as Superman, and J’onn J’onzz as Green Lantern.

The super-heroes are restored to their normal forms, and the demons are imprisoned again. The Jar, Bell, and Wheel are stored in the JLA Souvenir Room.
