Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy witness a robbery. Though they try to stop it, the crooks escape. Green Arrow finds a business card for a crime consultant. He follows the directions on the card, which leads him to a crook named Archie.

Green Arrow and Speedy follow Archie, who has been given advice by the Specialist. The crooks attempt to rob a circus. Green Arrow is prevented from capturing them because he must stop an escaped rhino. However, he is later able to disguise himself as a crook and lead the Specialist into a trap.
