Synopsis:
A Nazi agent known as Fange devises a way to control deep-sea creatures. He uses them to menace Navy ships and raid the town of Weston. Superman aids the Navy in fighting the creatures and protecting ships. Fange then sends the creatures against the Man of Steel directly, but Superman evades them. Then the whistle Fange uses to control the monsters breaks, and the creatures turn on him, destroying his submarine.
