Synopsis:
Circus performer Roger Curtis, Jr. sets out to earn his father's inheritance by training four dangerous sea creatures. Aquaman offers to help Roger use the fish in his show. Curtis's lawyer Horace Forrest seeks to prevent Curtis from succeeding, so that he can claim the inheritance himself.

Forrest dumps a chemical in the water causing Aquaman's fish friends to go out of control. They attack Aquaman, but he skillfully stops them from injuring him. He then exposes the lawyer's plan and finishes helping Curtis with his act.
