Synopsis:
Criminal inventor Wizard Holton arrives in Smallville with a large box strapped to his back. He claims the box gives him super-powers and begins a string of robberies. Superboy can’t figure out how the box works because it is coated with lead. To trick Holton he creates his own super-power box and wears it as Clark Kent.

Holton however has actually captured Krypto and is holding him prisoner in the box using Kryptonite. He realizes that Clark’s box is a fake and that Clark must be Superboy. Krypto alerts Superboy to the danger in time and together both dog and master are able to capture Holton and protect Superboy’s secret identity.
