Synopsis:
Regan, a department store detective, plays Santa Claus at the store every year. This year he has lost weight, so the manager decides to hire a fat man instead. Superboy offers to help Regan fatten up before Christmas, so that he can play Santa again.

Blimp Showden, the fat man, is working with a gang of crooks to rob the store. He needs the job of Santa Claus to get inside. To keep his job, Showden sabotages Regan's attempts to gain weight. Superboy eventually uncovers the plot and arrests Showden and his men. Regan then succeeds in gaining enough weight to play Santa.
