Synopsis:
Commissioner Gordon informs Batman that fifteen of the Europe's leading shipping magnates have been recently murdered. A sixteenth is in Gotham Harbor anchored in his yacht. Batman approaches the man, K.C. Agonistes, and offers his protection. While at sea, Batman spots a school of dolphins carrying plastic explosives. He is able to get the magnate, his fiancee, and one crewman off the boat before it explodes.

Batman leads the survivors to a small island. He quickly discovers a variety of death traps. Batman goes into the jungle and meet Tejja, a member of the League of Assassins. Batman is barely able to stop the assassin before he completes his mission. However, Batman realizes that Tejja was not working alone.
